Uploading your artwork is simple, and we provide clear instructions during the ordering process. Here’s a quick overview:
- Email: If you're unsure about selecting an image or don’t have access to it yet, you can place your order without uploading the image. After placing the order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Simply reply to that email with your artwork attached within 72 hours. If we don’t receive your image within this timeframe, our team will follow up with you.
- WhatsApp: Send your photo to our WhatsApp, ensuring the keyword is included in the same message. WhatsApp Link
- Upload from Computer: If you’ve scanned your artwork, you can upload it directly while placing your order.
- Upload from Smartphone or Tablet: Use your mobile browser during checkout and click the Upload button to select an image from your camera roll.
These options ensure your design is seamlessly submitted for your custom MyPlushBuddy creation and will be taken into account only after the order is placed.
