3. Sneak Peek: A preview of your plushie for final approval.
4. Shipped: Notification that your order is on its way, along with a tracking number.
5. Delivered: Confirmation that your custom plush has reached you.

In addition to email updates, you can track your order status directly on our website. Your confirmation email includes a unique 16-character alphanumeric tracking code. Simply click this code to view real-time updates on your order, from step 1 to delivery.
